Welcome to NEAIR!  At NEAIR, we focus on facilitating professional development, promoting best practices, and ensuring integrity in institutional research.

NEAIR’s “Need to Know” weekly email: Every Thursday you’ll hear from NEAIR with important and helpful announcements and upcoming events.

NEAIR Listserv: Sign up for the NEAIR listserv and check the Opt-In box to add yourself to the listserv to start sharing ideas and networking.

Virtual Networking Event: NEAIR hosts networking events throughout the year. When you see one advertised on NEAIR’s “Need to Know” weekly email or on the NEAIR Events Calendar, register to join.

Professional Development Workshops: NEAIR offers virtual professional development workshops through the year run by experts in institutional research and related higher education fields.

NEAIR Annual Conference: NEAIR hosts an in-person conference each fall to bring together NEAIR members to share knowledge, skills, and resources, and connect with IR colleagues throughout the Northeast.  Consider presenting to share your IR expertise or attending to learn something new!

NEAIR Calendar: This is your one-stop-shop for upcoming NEAIR events. Save the date for professional development workshops, networking events, the annual conference, and more!

Job Board: The job board is where NEAIR members can post and search for current job opportunities in institutional research. If you’re interested in learning how to post a job, see the Job Board Instructions.

Membership Resource Database: Find connections with fellow NEAIR members with common interests or experiences using the Membership Resource Database. Search by topics including specific skills, roles, software solutions, sector, region, or accrediting agency.

Mentoring: The NEAIR Mentoring Program matches institutional researchers with experienced professionals for informal, on-going advice and support. Mentors and mentees are matched at the time of the annual NEAIR conference each fall.

Grant Opportunities: NEAIR offers numerous grant and scholarship opportunities to support your professional development regardless of what stage you are at in your career. Be on the lookout for these opportunities in the Listserv, LinkedIn page, or “Need to Know” weekly email.

Volunteer Opportunities: Throughout the year there are many ways for members to get involved and help make NEAIR the best organization possible to serve the needs of our members. Consider joining a standing committee to support NEAIR and work alongside NEAIR colleagues.

LinkedIn Page: The NEAIR LinkedIn page is a place to connect with the institutional research community in the Northeast and learn about upcoming NEAIR opportunities.
