Thank you for your sponsorship of the upcoming conference. Below is key information about program timing, shipping information, and registering representatives.
Exhibitor Sponsor Representative Registration:
All NEAIR sponsors receive one complimentary conference registration (Diamond level receives three). All reps must be registered by October 14th. Registration includes dinner on Sunday, breakfast and breaks on Monday and Tuesday, and lunch on Monday.
To register, select the Register Here button below and enter the email address of the attending rep. If the attending rep is not in our system, then they will need to join NEAIR. Membership is free - click JOIN NEAIR.

Presentation Sessions (Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Sponsors):

The Exhibit Hall is in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, which will be the center of the plenary and breakout session meeting space, breaks and receptions.
Each exhibitor will receive a six foot table with two chairs, a power-strip, and a wastebasket. There will be complimentary wi-fi in the Exhibition Hall. If you need dedicated internet or audiovisual equipment or services, please contact:

At the conclusion of the conference, exhibitors should plan to fully pack and label outbound boxes and leave them at your table. The Newport hotel team will pick them up from there and transport them to the loading dock for pickup.

Monday, November 4th, and Tuesday, November 5th
We will announce the Exhibitor Sponsor Raffle at the Tuesday closing panel. Attendees can only get tickets by coming to your booth throughout the conference and either leaving their contact information or asking a good question. The raffle item is a $300 Visa card.
NEAIR runs concurrent sessions including the Diamond, Platinum and Gold power talk sessions throughout both days. We will close the Exhibit Hall after our closing break on Tuesday at 11:30 AM; booths must be broken down by 12:30 p.m.
