Refund Policy


NEAIR Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy:


Preparations are based on registrations whether prepaid or not. If plans change, registrants will be responsible for payment unless NEAIR is notified as outlined below.  All refund requests must be emailed to the NEAIR Administrative Coordinator.
  • Refund requests received by October 20, 2017 will be assessed a 10% processing fee with the balance refunded by check.
  • Refund requests received after October 20 and before November 3, 2017 will be assessed a $250 committed conference fee with the balance refunded by check.
  • No refunds will be given to those cancelling after Friday, November 3rd or to no shows. 
     

Pre-Conference Workshop Refund Policy:
 

  • Refund requests of pre-conference workshop registration received by November 3, 2017 will be assessed a 10% processing fee with the balance refunded by check.
  • Refund, cancellations or no shows for pre-conference workshops received after November 3, 2016 will not be refunded.
