Coordinated by the Membership Committee, the NEAIR Mentor Program matches institutional researchers with experienced professionals for informal, on-going advice and support. Although the majority of mentees meet their mentors at the annual conference, NEAIR provides mentoring from November through May 1 to any NEAIR member.
Want a Mentor?
September through November - please request a mentor while completing your conference registration form. Plan to attend the Mentor Program Reception on Sunday Evening to meet your mentor.
November through May 1 - please sign in as a NEAIR member and complete the Be A Mentee Form
New to IR?
The NEAIR Membership Committee also works to provide a positive conference experience for first-time NEAIR conference attendees by highlighting sessions interesting and pertinent to newcomers, inviting all newcomers to a reception Sunday evening before the start of the conference, and encouraging participation in the NEAIR Mentor Program.
