NEAIR Leadership Team Grant Criteria for Selection

The NEAIR Leadership Team Travel Grant recipient will be selected at the discretion of the Immediate Past President and the Grants Committee Chair (both who are members of the Steering Committee). The Grants Committee Chair will send a call for applications by February to solicit interest from the current NEAIR Governing Board: NEAIR officers (including the President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer) and the Steering Committee (including those who are elected and appointed, like the Program Chair and Local Arrangements Chair).

Consideration will also be given to the current conference team’s Exhibitor Coordinator, as well as NEAIR’s Administrative Coordinator. Preference will be given to a member of the leadership team for whom the Past President and Grants Committee Chair believe provides the greatest benefit to NEAIR given the organization’s current planning and development needs while also considering the applicant’s financial need.
