or get an invoice/receipt? Please sign in as a member. Go to "Manage Profile" and scroll down to Account History. Click on "Order History" and then select either the invoice icon and submit this to your business office for payment by check or click on the icon "pay online by credit card". The invoice icon also serves as a receipt - it will show a zero balance with notes as to whether it was paid by credit card or check.
