GOLD Level Sponsorship ~ $1,200.00 |
- Vendor Showcase
- A 25 minute time slot during the regular conference sessions to demonstrate products or new techniques or to facilitate structured conversations with conference participants. Note: There are 9 slots available. All will be run on Monday, November 5, 2007. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Travel mug to
each conference attendee with the names of all gold
sponsors when they register.
- Recognition of your company in email communication to members before the conference.
- Inclusion of logo in conference program.
- Exhibitor space to set up table display in a central location. This space is scheduled to be open during normal conference hours - from noon on Sunday 11/4 to noon on Tuesday 11/6.
- Meal tickets
(include Sun buffet, Mon lunch, breaks and receptions).
- Sponsorship signage at the Continental Breakfasts, Refreshment breaks, Early Bird Reception, Presidents Reception, and Banquet.

on vendor banner hung in designated vendor area.
- Discounted hotel

The Hyatt is able to accept your boxes of vendor materials starting October 29, 2007. Please ship them to the following address:

*When you break down your displays, please leave outgoing boxes on the floor in front of your table. The boxes must be completely sealed, labeled, and ready for shipment. DHL, UPS, and FedEx stop at the Hyatt on a daily basis and the hotel requests that your boxes be shipped as soon as possible after the Conference.
