The following meals/refreshments are included with registration: Saturday reception; Sunday reception and dinner buffet; Monday breakfast, lunch, reception and breaks; Tuesday breakfast and break.

REVISED Refund Policy
Request for refunds must be emailed to the NEAIR Administrative Coordinator no later than October 21, 2007.   NEAIR will retain 10% of the conference registration fees plus the $60 membership fee.
 
Between October 21 and November 1, the NEAIR President will decide emergency conference cancellation refund requests on a case-by-case basis.  If refunded, NEAIR will retain 10% of the conference registration fees plus the $60 membership fee. 

After November 1, any no shows or emergency conference cancellation requests will be refunded conference registration fees minus a 10% processing fee, the $200 committed to the hotel for conference meals, and the $60 membership fee.
