Monday Business Lunch:  Plated Sit-Down Meal
Tomato Basil Soup
Choice of:  Tuscan Steak Salad, Sonoran Chicken Salad, or Vegetarian Salad
Dessert and Coffee

Tuscan Steak Salad -- Mixed field greens, artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella, peppers, charred red onions and strips of grilled steak with basil vinaigrette.

Sonoran Chicken Salad --Iceberg and romaine lettuce, avocado, olives, and tomatoes with marinated grilled chicken breast topped with shredded cheddar cheese and a southwestern ranch dressing.

Vegetarian Salad -- Grilled onions, peppers, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, sunflower seeds all on a bed of mixed field greens with balsamic vinaigrette.
