Click on the "Register” link at the top of the website and follow the registration process. Please be sure to subscribe to the NEAIR Listserv once registered.
- NEAIR membership is an individual membership. NEAIR does not offer institutional memberships.
- Membership fees are $70, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Membership runs from conference season to conference season.
- Membership is required for conference registration and pre-conference workshop registration.
- The NEAIR member year expires on September 1st.
Former NEAIR Member?
Click "Sign in" in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. Enter your username (email address) and password. If you do not know your password, click reset your password. If you have changed email addresses or need assistance with your username, please click "Contact Us” at the top of the website.
Click on "Securely renew your membership now” to begin the renewal process. If you select pay "Bill Me" option, your membership requires approval on the backend, so your confirmation will be delayed until approval is given.
If you haven’t yet done so, please click "Sign in" and enter your username and password to access Members Only pages. Your NEAIR membership never expires.
Paying by credit card? If you wish to pay by credit card, but you have to wait for approval from your supervisor or business office, please select "Bill Me” when completing the membership registration process. Once you receive your registration confirmation and receive payment approval, login to the site, and click on "Manage Profile" and "Membership". You can then click the icon next to your transaction to pay by credit card.
Paying by invoice/purchase order? If you wish to pay by invoice or purchase order, please select "Bill Me” while completing the registration process. Once registration is complete, the web confirmation page will contain a link to the invoice - please print out and submit to your Business Office.
Notes for Administrative Assistants/Office Managers: NEAIR membership renewal is a unique and individual renewal system. Administrative Assistants/Office Managers are encouraged to have the NEAIR member sign into the site and register themselves and print out the invoice for your use. If payment by credit card is preferred and/or needs to be made by a Business Office or Administrative Assistant, it is necessary to login to the system using the members username and password, and click on "Manage Profile" and "Membership". Then click the icon next to the transaction to pay by credit card.
